I think the world of Dr. Billy. I have known him since he was a resident in training to be a surgeon. He is brilliant, great problem solver and the kind of doctor we all want!!! He is going to be straight up, with compassion!! He is not good with time management lol and always runs behind. I would recommend him 200% . Guess he is worth waiting for

My experience was excellent , traffic to Ventura was great, (less than 30 min from Agoura Hills. Office staff was very welcoming and assisted me right away. Dr. Billy came in and was busy but provided all the time necessary. The entire experience was very pleasant.

Ventura Advanced Surgical Associates is a preferred provider with many health plans including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Health Net PPO, Gold Coast MediCal, and others. Dr. Billy is also a provider with Kaiser Permanente Southern California. You must contact Heather Jacobsen regarding bariatric surgery and insurance coverage.
