I am a new patient of Dr. Billy. Although I am a new patient Dr. Billy and his staff treated me as if I have known them for years. The staff are very polite and welcoming. Dr. Billy went over step by step on how the procedure will take place. During the appointment Dr. Billy was entirely focused on my situation. There were no interruptions. I never felt I was being rushed out of the office.
