APEX Study: Sponsored by Allergan and intended for Lap-Band patients, the goal of this study is to track patient response and experience with the current AP Lap-Band System.

FDA BIB Study: Sponsored by Allergan, BIB stands for BioEnterics Intragastric Balloon. The goal of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the BIB in conjuction with behavior modification in patients with a BMI of 30 to 40.
